Cover it: These can be spread by spores that can shed from the skin. If you cover it and practice good hygienic patient contact skills it should not be a problem. You may want to get confirmation that it is not something more worrisome by seeing your doc if it doesn't respond to topical tinactin or similar antifungal within a few days.Peroxide does nothing.
