You can most likely: use these devices and continue your routine but you need to understand that no therapy will be 100% effective for you and that it will still be possible to experience POTs symptoms. Maintain hydration and avoid prolonged standing in one place after your work out. Lay down and cool down. If it is not working for you then consider compression stockings as well.
