I underwent kub utz and the finding is "renal parenchymal disease, bilateral". is this finding accurate and definitive?

Maybe: Did you have a kidney ultrasound, or just a kub ( plain x-ray)? This diagnosis cannot be made by kub alone, but an ultrasound is more definitive. I recommend that you see a nephrologist.
