My boyfriend is experiencing groin pain and testicular pain (quality: intense throbbing).it started as back spazums and about 10 hours ago changed to intense throbbing in scrodum we tried rotating testicles. nothing changed what should we do?

Other causes of testicle pain include trauma, infection, twisting of an appendix of a testicle (a small lump next to a testicle), etc... Since a guy usually cannot tell if his testicle is twisting, an exam by the doctor is needed.
