Don't see how unless: This is almost certainly a coincidence. The only way I can see nausea related to your diet is if you suddenly started eating a new food you weren't eating before and it does not agree with you. If you are not careful (or don't supplement) over time you might develop nutritional deficiencies (like low B12) but that won't happen overnight and would not cause nausea.
