Extra beats: Extra beats on a holtet are quite common as I am sure your doctor told you your ok unless there are sustained periods of rapid heart beats or pauses.

Depend: It depends on your heart condition and the degree of missed beat. Everyone gets extra heart beats. If no structural heart issues it is benign. It is better to review it with your cardiologist.
