Rate ,rythm,block: If a pts dyspnea or palpitations or syncope correlates with an arrythmia or heart block found on the holter then it could be helpful.Most holters are 24 hrs and some 48 hrs.If your symptoms or event doesnt happend during that time it can be missed.
