Is it normal to feel the cramps in your rectum when your uterus contracts during period cramps?

Some do: Some women certainly have those types of pain with their cycle. Others do not. Menstrual cycle pain is highly variable. If this is a recurring problem for you each month then consider seeing an Obgyn to discuss options for treatment. Birth control methods that suppress the menstrual cycle may be useful to you.
