Really sharp uterus pain during periods. is it just a cramp?

Maybe/maybe not: If you are having these sharp pains prior to the period, it may be cramping or Endometriosis. If the pains are relieved by the period flow then it may be some other issue. A GYN MD exam is your best bet to find out the reason.
