Anxiety: Deep Breathing exercises would help. If you like to read: The power of now or a new earth by Elkhart Toole are very helpful books. He also has a video in the subject that you may search for ( I have no financial conflicts or otherwise in recommending these books) online. I have found them to be very helpful

Anxiety : This sounds like the symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder. You need to see a physician and get a definitive diagnosis and appropriate treatment

Anxiety: It is good to have a medical exam first to rule out any underlying illness. You could seek psychotherapy from a clinical psychologist for a program to reduce anxiety and a racing mind, including breathing exercises. There are also medications to help with this, prescribed by a Psychiatrist. With good psychotherapy it is possible for certain people to overcome the need for medication for anxiety

Therapy?: Have you yet tried any form of psychotherapy? Typically, the optimal combination of things to treat emotional issues such as anxiety or depression is medication (which, on your best day, is supposed to take the edge off symptoms) but the real gruntwork takes place in psychotherapist's consulting room.
