Wrong way round: For good dental health, it is recommended that you brush and floss your teeth twice daily - preferably AFTER eating (especially if you've had junk food). To maintain good oral health, try to avoid fizzy drinks, sugary foods and avoid excessive junk food. Foods rich in fibre which require chewing such as carrots, apples and dark green vegetables are the healthiest to eat.

Throat discomfort: It might feel cold and minty due to residue from the toothpaste, however other possibilities include a throat infection, or with junk food acid reflux can also cause some unusual throat sensations. If persisting you may be best to see the doctor to get yourself examined to consider these causes.
