See ent/dr: It's the pharyngeal recess or the bit behind the nose and above the throat. Please see a doctor or ENT specialist urgently to work out whether the fullness is concerning or not as rarely it can indicate more serious such as cancer and so may need a direct examination of the area to rapidly exclude this
