Normal Baby: It means your baby has a normal brain (cerebellum and cisterna magna) and kidney exam (renal fossa). "grossly unremarkable" was x ray doctor technical speak for the ultrasound is as expected, the measurements are normal, everything was fine, the baby looks great. Congratulations! since your due date was october 2012 you have already met your baby and know he or she is perfect!
