Weight loss, BP f/u: You are mildly hypertensive by BP readings but your ECG /echo reports already show signs of LVH at age 30. This implies that the effects of high BP have been causing some strain on your heart. The ECG also implies some repolarization changes that could show ischemia. A stress test (stress echo or mpi given the abnl baseline ecg) might help. This could also serve to start you on exercise progra.
