I recently visited puerto vallarta and got tons of mosquito bites. a few of them are swelling up a lot and forming bruises that are spreading a lot. should i be worried?

Mosquito bites: Antihistamines would help, besides cleaning the affected areas and applying hydrocortisone cream, use mosquito repellents, more important, is the place you are visiting known for malaria disease? If so are you on malaria prophylaxis? Please visit a local heath facility if this is the case and you aren't taking any precautions, enjoy your trip anyways
