Other day i couldn't pee for about 24hrs and i finally pushed hard enough i peed. but there was some blood that one time so i'm wondering if uti from a full bladder or did i possibly damage something because now my clit area is sore but no burning

Evaluation: See and Obgyn for a pelvic exam and testing for infections. A urinalysis can be done to evaluate for a urinary tract infection. The pelvic exam can evaluate the area of soreness .
