Bite/sting: You did not finish the question but I presume you have redness surrounding the bite/sting. This is either due to injection of venom from a sting or, more likely, the introduction of topical skin bacteria into the bite/sting. Take a sharpie marker and outline the current redness (and take a picture). If this wound gets more swollen, painful, warm, red, then this needs to be looked at by a doctor.

Incomplete Question: Supportive care is generally all you need to take care of a bite like anti-itch cream, calamine lotions, oatmeal baths, etc. Please seek medical care asap if the wound is getting progressively worse like redness is spreading, wound appears to be getting deeper, or for thick yellowish drainage. Other emergent concerns would be problems breathing, difficulty swallowing, swelling of face and neck.
