Hi, so my son was stung by some type of flying insect friday evening right below his eye it didnt leave a stinger behind. saturday morning he woke up his entire eye was swollen and it hasnt went down any since yesterday allergic reaction or common?

Sounds like : an allergic reaction, possibly a bite. Not all insect bites leave stingers. I would advise immediate use of Benadryl or Zyrtec and make an appointment for an exam.
