A member asked:

Doing kegal exercises are uncomfortable so i struggle to do them any suggestions?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

"No pain no gain": Kegel exercises are usually not "painful" as they strengthen the pelvic PC muscle helping to elevate the urethra and vaginal muscles. Your MD must have requested that you do them for a "reason". Why not ask him/her if there are alternatives to Kegel's as I am not aware of the specific medical conditions for which they have been prescribed.
