Too much humping...: Maybe the humping caused too much irritation of the vulva and created some swelling. Anyway, vulvae (vulvas) are movable only back and forth, but return to their original positions. That means one's vulva cannot move closer to one's anus. So, if the anus is now closer to the vulva, one would wonder if the anus moved. Fortunately, ani (anuses) cannot move either. Thus, friction symptoms are likely.
