Specializes in Clinical Psychology

Panic & PTSD: does not have a conscious reason as to why and when symptoms manifest. They do have physiological and sub-conscious reasons however. Fatigue and low blood sugar can be triggers. Please see doctor and then please see a clinical psychologist who specializes in mood disorders. There are good treatments available and lots of reason to hope. Peace and good health.
