Try Kelee meditation: I would recommend checking out kelee meditation (www.Thekelee.Org). I have been doing this meditation for 7 years and it was very helpful in quieting the negative brain chatter associated with my own stress, anxiety and depression. I just finished a medical study using kelee meditation for stress, anxiety, and depression in patients with significant improvements. Check it out!

Mental health care: I don't know where you are physically located but there are free clinics and sliding fee mental health clinics run through charities or with government financing. Please google for the area that you live.
