Need Medical checkup: If you suspect any mass in your abdomen which is causing pain, you should have a medical check up. Go see your doctor immediately and have a medical examination. A CT scan of the abdomen is a good test to check for any suspected abdominal mass or lumps in the abdomen. If there is a lump, it will require further testing to find the cause.
