"REACTIVE": hypoglycemia in response to a sugar "load:" is a very early sign of Type II Diabetes. Suggest you consult your PCP for a Glucose tolerance test with INSULIN LEVELS (there RARELY is a condition which causes this condition ..called "INSULINOMA" a benign growth which can be VERY TINY and NOT picked up with CT scanning!
