Fibromyalgia: It is hard to make proper diagnosis without adequate history and physical examination. I suggest that you discuss your symptoms with your physician for proper management of your condition. However, fibromyalgia is a common cause of similar symptoms. Check with your physician as adequate treatment with exercise and medication is now available (cymbalta, lyrica, (pregabalin) savella). Hope you feel well soon.
