Red spots w/dry skin: On the hands, these most commonly would be eczema, psoriasis or fungal infection. Eczema and psoriasis are treated similarly however a fungal infection would get worse with eczema treatment. Please see your dermatologist for a more definitive diagnosis and treatment.
