No way to know?: Rashes are difficult at best when seen by the doctor. One would need more information and a look to know how to give you a diagnosis. Contagious? Infection? Fungal? Parasitic (scabies and such)? Contact dermatitis (poison ivy/oak)? Systemic disease with rash (lupus and other)? Syphilis? Eczema? Allergic reaction? The story goes on and on. I am so sorry i cannot help you! get seen.

Need to see to know.: Fungus? These lesions would likely need to be examined and more history obtained to be able to provide you with useful input about the diagnosis or possible treatment.
