Over past two yrs my lipase has been slightly elevated by 20 points or less. now it's 40 points elevated. does this mean it's cancer?

Not a reliable test: Lipase is not a particularly useful test. So my question to you is... why did you get it checked in the first place? Have you had any elevation of Amylase or any history of Acute Pancreatitis?? If you give us your medical history we can be more helpful to you.
