Gnawing intermittent pain in hip and groin are, mainly at rest. Odd feeling in lower abdomen. ?

May be hip joint: It is common for hip pain to hurt in the groin. If your pain extends into the abdomen it could be an abdominal problem causing radiation to the groin. You will need to see a doctor to get a definite diagnosis.
