Nothing: Zanaflex is not typically part of a drugs of abuse screening test. Bear in mind however that depending on the reasons for the test and the resources of the organization doing the test, with chromatography we can find virtually any substance in any quantity. If found in a typical probation setting, it would not be considered a violation unless specifically specified in the probation order.
