Probably not: Zanaflex (tizanidine) (tizantidine) is not a drug that is routinely tested on urine drug screens because it has low potential for abuse and low potential for activating addiction in patients genetically susceptible to developing addiction. That being said, urine drug screens can be done for any drugs that the testers decide to test for although Zanaflex (tizanidine) would be an unusual drug to test for.

Usually no: Zanaflex (tizanidine) is a muscle relaxant and is not a part of drug screening panel.

depends: While Zanaflex (tizanidine) isnot one of the routine five panel tests, I have seen multiple non-federal panels that contain it and a lot more. If you have a legitimate prescription which can be verifid through a pharmacy you needn't worry.
