According to an article (J Anal Toxicol. 2011 Jul;35(6):364-8) The trazodone metabolite meta-chlorophenylpiperazine can cause false-positive urine amphetamine immunoassay result.

For as long as you mention all the meds you are taking as prescribed before testing you should be fine. Even if on a screening test you may test falsely positive for amphetamines, that will usually get separated out on confirmatory tests that are more specific.
