Will zanaflex show up in a urine lab test?

No: It's not a common drug of abuse, tho that may be changing. It's a pretty strong muscle relaxer and is not known to be addictive, but some people cannot tolerate side effects (fatigue, hypersomnia, dizziness, slurred speech). In addition, you shouldn't stop it cold turkey bc that could result in high blood pressure. Never take more than what you have been prescribed.
