I noticed petechiae or a petechiae-looking smooth rash on my inner thigh. i was recently scratching a bug bite there and wasn't sure if it was normal. i've also had this in that past but it was in my feet and hands. would it be from scratching?

Yes, it could be: from scratching, but it also could be from the bite itself. Do you know what kind of insect bit you? Do you have a fever? Do you have this rash anywhere else?
