Dry mouth and eyes, sinuses etc, came on severely and quickly, sjorgens and autoimmune ruled out by bloods, scan and lip biopsy, thyroid, diabetes etc all normal, not taking any medication, what else could it be? what dr would investigate this?

Sjogren's syndrome is an autoimmune condition, often managed under the supervision of a specialist(Rheumatologist). There are medications available, both for the autoimmunity as well as for the symptoms of dryness(eye drops work quite well).
