I had an mri done to find pinched nerves in my neck. the mri showed sphenoid sinus disease & circumferential mucousal thickening sphenoid sinus. is this something serious that needs immediate attention? they did find the pinched nerves also.

The sinus: issue is a CHRONIC problem and indicates low grade infection or allergic response or both...you will have to ask for the "reading" to find out about the nerve issue! Hope this helps Dr Z

Sinus disease: You could have this evaluated by an ENT physician clarify when it's impact is. I do not know if it would mimic the symptoms you had that thought you had a pinched nerve
