Cold is more likely: Any congestion of the nose and sinuses can cause pressure behind the eyes, but with dengue, one would expect high fever and chills, swollen lymph nodes, generalized aching, headache and most likely a rash. Mild pain relievers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen might help, but if you become more ill, it is important to be seen, as a bacterial sinusitis can also cause these symptoms and needs Rx.
