Is it wrong for bone graft material to overlap on adjacent teeth;my bone line is uneven now;is this easy to fix? one of the teeth has a tempt crown.

Bone level: There are many reasons for bone level to be uneven post-surgery. Please return to the specialist Periodontist, Prosthodontist, or Oral Surgeon that treated you for a post-surgical re-evaluation. If bone graft was done by a General Dentist, please ask him/her to reevaluate and to determine if referral to a specialist is in order.

Question: I'm sorry but without more information and seeing what you are talking about it's impossible to give you a good answer to your question. I suggest you discuss your concerns with the dentist who performed the surgery. If not happy with the answer or not confident in your dentist, get a second opinion.
