Low STD risk: Oral sex can be considered safe sex: not risk free, but much safer than unprotected vaginal or anal sex. Low risk for all STDs and virtually zero risk for others. There is no significant risk for HSV2 in this situation, even with genital fluids around penis. ("Orgasm fluid" in women is a squirt of urine, and urine doesn't transmit STDs.) No worry and no need for testing after this exposure.
