Unlikely ringworm: This process is caused by fungus that you acquire from direct contact. They can come from soil, animals or people. When they arrive on exposed skin, they feed off the superficial layer of skin. They start out as tiny bumps and spread outward, like the rings of a rock skidded across a pond (ringworm). The center clears as they spread outward. What you describe does not sound like ringworm.

Explanation : Ring warm spreading usually slowly. Exception only in case in immunosuppressive patient, who is on chemo and radiation therapy, or after organ transplant therapy. Otherwise you need to be seen by doctor for diagnosis. Most likely this is other condition.
