Get evaluated: It is not that common to get blisters from ringworm. Please attach a picture or get medical advice. If you are referring to the scale on the feet that can come from tinea pedis or athlete's foot, then wash your hands and don't do it again :).

Keep It Dry: Ringworm is a common fungal skin infection otherwise known as tinea. Ringworm most commonly affects the skin on the body (tinea corporis), the scalp (tinea capitis), the feet (tinea pedis, or athlete's foot), or the groin (tinea cruris, or jock itch). http://www.webmd.com/skin-problems-and-treatments/ss/slideshow-ringworm

Keep it clean: When a skin cut or sore is healing, a scab forms. That dries and gets flaky. As the skin heals from underneath it, the scab ultimately falls off. Before it's ready to fall off, it can be scraped or pulled off because it's "almost healed". As the fresh skin under the scab may not be as tough as other skin, it needs help by keeping it clean for a few days. Wash with soap/water 3-4 times a day.
