Ringworm doesn't cause blisters/doesn't usually occur between the fingers. Terbane should have treated it if it was that. Nuban is an antibiotic ointment,so if this was a bacterial infection, that would have treated it.This sounds more like a contact rash which may need a cortisone cream. Get an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment&follow-up by a dermatologist for what could be dyshydrotic eczema, a condition that can be quite stubborn and uncomfortable. If this is the condition ,appropriate creams and ointments are required to clear up the blisters and relieve itching. Cold compresses and oral corticosteroids may also be recommended.
