Probably not: The bacteria causing ear infections and UTI are quite different; the same antibiotic isn't reliable. And since you are male, the odds are your symptoms aren't due to a UTI anyway. UTI's are rare in men below age 40 or so; the main causes of similar symptoms (like discharge, painful urination) are STDs, especially gonorrhea, chlamydia, or nongonococcal urethritis. Do not self-treat; get care ASAP.
