Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. The change is haptoglobin suggests excessive red cell destruction and that can explain the changes in liver enzymes.

Yes: Haptoglobin is a famously unreliable test but you need to find why the transaminases are up. How about repeating them off alcohol and meds, and if still up, get checked for hepatitis, Wilson's, hemochromatosis. Miss them and they will kill you. Easy to treat.
