Yes you are!, so add: You need to add more weight by eating properly: this means eating 3-4 meals per day and eat nutriously rich foods like milk and milk products like yogurt, ice creams and milk shakes. Other good foods like nuts, eggs and meats would help also but try not to miss any meals!
