I am going to replace my crown. i want to know that my tooth structure will again be removed in replacing crown if there is no decay under the crown?

Not much: You did not say why you are replacing your crown, but any decay will be removed as well as any weakened tooth structure. If the tooth structure under your old crown was good then this will just be refined and there will not be a lot of removal of you existing tooth structure.

Minimal removal: Your tooth will be re-prepared to receive the new crown. Just enough tooth structure will be removed to allow the new crown to seat on solid, decay free tooth.
