Biopsy results shown non alcoholic fatty liver disease. im not obese and other main causes dont apply to me, how's this possible? i am active/healthy

Need more info: How tall are you and how much do you weigh? What medications, if any, are you taking? Do you exercise? If yes, how and how much? What did the results of blood lipid studies show? For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex. Get HPV vaccine

Non alcoholic fatty: Non alcoholic fatty liver is associated with obesity , diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol , rapid weight loss,and certain medications . So even think people can have non alcoholic fatty liver .
