I have chronic hep*c non alcoholic fatty liver disease(+a myriad of other health issues) and my liver is constantly hurting...was last measured at 19cms. should i be worried about it being that big?

Worrying is not going to do any good. Hep C is treatable and curable. Fatty liver requires that you quit taking alcohol entirely, if you are overweight losing weight is imperative. It would be prudent to see a doctor as you will need prescription medication to treat Hep C and evaluation of you other health issues.

Since your liver size, I assume by ultrasound, is over 14 cm you do have an enlarged liver. However this is more apt to be from the fatty liver which is reversible by advice mentioned by Dr. Singh.
