Derm conditions: Many dermatology (skin) conditions present with dry patches that do not bother or itch. Given your relatively young age, location and characteristics of the patches, tinea versicolor may be the cause. I would suggest you consult for the condition to make sure further evaluation is not warranted (and to treat it, if treatment is available).
