Post period cramps: May be infection-vaginitis , or if spotting and/ or if period was abnormal may be early miscarriage/ pregnancy . Could also be UTI or abdominal cramping due to GI ( colon, small bowel, appendix) f/u/ w /doc if neg may need sonogram to r/o pregnancy miscarriage/ appy
